no not necessarily. they are cdt tw-25 and the extra tweeters for the upstage kit. not sure on the imp. let me get my dmm out.

Sorry! I would have some tweeter crossovers for sale but I can't get to them at the moment. They are in my truck on the side of the box (wall) -- so they can't come out until I get the cap off.
