From what I hear, the audioque LW-8 is right next to the DD in performance.

Same company, owned by the same people. AQ is factory direct, DD is dealer oriented.

And that is a decent price for those DD's, I'd buy them if I had the cash.

Only thing the AQ and DD have the same of is the basket on that 8".

I would go DD1008`s or SP rl-i

I will look at a frends I think he may still have so DD8`s NIB fo $90each from his DD close out sale.also if you look up the guy on ebay with the 1010 posted for sale(new one, he is a dealer or was) he may still have some cheap

as long as monday morning isnt screwing with me i think im right ....

also aQ's have the reputation of being a stripped down version of a DD

as in no cooling no carbon fiber etc

All correct.... but it's not that the AQ's don't have ANY cooling, they just don't have the advanced cooling of the DD's
