Since you are looking for one, im sure you can answer this.

What is it ?

it basically takes the 12 Vdc supply and flips it up to 14.4 or 16 constant power voltage

There is another product called jacob's accuvolt that will do the same thing, so I am told, but I have quite a few US Amps that I have been collecting and I would like to find an Optimizer to fit in with the rest of my US Amp stuff.
