WTB: Touchscreen DD

My buddy is looking for a DD touchscreen. Here's what he needs from one:

1. Less than $400 with shipping

2. 4 volt preouts, at least 2

3. DVD

4. Eclipse, Clarion, Alpine, Kenwood...NO PIONEER, NO CRAP

5. iPod input and charging

Pico fuse = fffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

They are great HU's besides that. But every single Pioneer I have had has either had or gotten the Pico fuse blown. That's enough to keep me away from them.

never heard of the pico fuse on the pioneer DD....but if you change your mind i have an avh 3100dvd 250 shipped.
