Im not too familiar with sundowns, I can imagine that the newer heatsink just allows better heat dissipation? Only reason I ask is I will be running this amp at .75 ohms daily.

It will run .75 ohms daily no problem if you have a respectable electrical system to back it up. With imp rise it will be seeing over 1ohm anyways. What is your electrical like so far?
