WTB Subwoofer rated around 500 watts RMS

it is a older version kicker so its hard to find specs on it, but it is SVc 8ohm 400watts rms.

And I know this is a stupid question but my amp is 500 watts RMS at 4 Ohm could I give full power to this sub in a ported box and be ok?

yeah the sub works it just came out of my brothers car and yes you could put full power to it
