umm buddy L7's are not really SQ subs AT ALL. look at Brahmas they are SQ, IA.

If your gona run it in your van I would steer away from the l7s just because your gona need alot of space, and sealed in my suv i Hated the sound from them and the ported box was huge and I still didnt care for the sq from it. But in a stereo shop they do sound good lol.

I have a pair of Elemental Designs 16O.v2 (15") for sale at 175$ each, $340 for both. Brand new in the boxes.

I also have a eD 15AE for $175. Used in great condition.

Both can get hella loud and are very accurate as SQ subs. From your explination of what you want, these subs both work great.
