WTB sony cd player

i am currently looking for an old school sony like a cdx-c680 or 780, but need to know how to use my ipod on it other than any fm transmitter, if there is another way. but still looking to buy one even if i need the transmitter if i could find one. i hope this makes sense ive been looking for a while for this particular radio any help will be appreciated.
