**** man, if i was still living in killeen..lol but ill be back soon, i have the gain set at 1/4th right now but my hu is 2 volt i think? its a g6 stock cd player but i just dont want to clip the signal

There might be something to this statement. I set my gain this past weekend with the dd-1 and my amp went poofissed:

what's the problem with them? do they set the gains way too high?
