WTB PPI black ice 4 channel

if i were you i would have went with the phantom series. I helped a friend put together a decent budget build and we tried another friends bi 4 channel.it just didnt seem to do rated according to the "clamp test"..

anyway i looked around and ended up ordering the ohantom 900.4 and the 1000.1. the phantom series outperformed the black ice and the signal was quite a bit cleaner. Now i ended up buying the 1000.1 from him for 80$ and it was only 3 months old,now a year old and still going strong in my wifes vehicle id recommend the phantom series to anyone for a good clean 1000 watts especially if you are working with a small space! So how do you like the BI series? also for the clamp tests we done the ppi did over rated power .. and its fused for more than 1k im curious if it truly does 12-1300 watts

Got one, thx for the input tho.

I haven't even hooked up the 1800 yet, I've been going on reviews and opinions from other owners. I just wanted a nice matching amp for my setup that started out being s single sub on 500 watts, to 2 subs on 1800, another 4 chan amp, etc etc etc.

And yes, **** that 900.4 is small. It's weird being back in car audio after a 15 year hiatus. 4 gauge power wire was freaking huge back then, if you needed that bigt of wire, you had a serious sub amp in the trunk.(I'm talking 800 watts at least)
