WTB: mp3 cd player, 3 sets of RCA's. Under $150.

I'm helping a friend build up a budget system. He owns a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport and first on the list is a good cd player. He's a noob, and doesn't really need much of anything special, just as long as he has 3 pre-outs, mp3 (or iPod) capability. Shoot me some ideas. Looking to spend under $150.
