WTB Monster SQL sub for daily use on 4K

I want a 4" coil sub with High Xmax, Low Fs and Mid Q, if someone could build one that would be great. Basically a beefier better motored version of the modern HCCA's lol. The SS XXX was an idea, but the Q is just to low and the Fs too high for it to reach the freq I'm looking to enjoy. Really need an Fs around 20-25Hz and a Qts from .4-.5

I'm not a tightwad, an SS XXX would run $600-$650 so if it meets my needs id expect it to be competitively priced, lol

I'm about to give up and grab a pair of Orion HCCA 10's to beat on. Team Psi, get over here before I make a dumb move, lol. Although I could probably get a 147 out the pair of 10's if I had too, lol.
