WTB: Memphis Amp

I would like a big one (by that I mean atleast 600 watts). I need one fast because I am working on a fiberglass enclosure and an amp is the last piece I need...I want A Memphis, I dont care what series it is as long is it is around 600+ watts. Also, not looking to spend alot on it too. The last 3 people Ive talked to all had a Memphis 16-PRD1000.1 and went for about 200-215 shipped. first pic is of the actual amp..i do not have a pic of the amp with the top on..my camera has NO BATTERIES..but will get a pic of it soon. it is in great workin condition and just have no use for it..

Man, thats a nice one...but I just cant spend that much. I know Im cheap, but the subs are gonna cost me quite a bit and I was actually looking to spend no more than 250 shipped but, if you could do 300 shipped I would do it? I know thats a big chunk off, but I just cant spend much...
