got some money in paypal, and im looking for a sub to replace my mt12, something that can handle alot of power. can be a 12 or 15 and no more than $400 shipped

and im looking for a head unit so i can give mine to the girlfriend. has to play cd's and have 3 sets of pre-outs. want something nicer than the cd3000 i have now, will spend up to $225 shipped
