WTB line driver, x-over, processor

I am looking for some quality sound processing units. I need a line driver, EQ, crossover, and maybe even an epicenter.

A Nakamichi EC-200 would be nice or audiocontrol unit. I am on a budget, so the prices would have to be reasonable at least.

I've got an AltoMobile SUB-16(with 9v upgrade) http://www.altomobile.com it'll handle the sub end nicely.

I have a ppi PAR650.......here is a link to my FS AD....it is a line driver...5 band parametric eq and has a 2 way defeatable HP Crossover.......
