You can scoop up mine and get another from DD. The platinum option is a little more, but I think it's sick. The depth is awesome.

I think it was a compounded problem. Something went wrong. Omega V2 will have a different dustcap, but since only 1 of your 15"s had this issue I'm going to say some of the problem may be there..

part of the problem is the woofer was too close to the seat. but the bottom cap shouldnt of caved in
