WTB: JL 1000/1 help meee

Anyone have or know someone who has a 1000/1 they're selling for a price thats reasonable? im willing to pay for it, or trade, sellers choice obviously. but i dont want to pay way too much and have to sacrifice one of my testis like i would on ebay or some other sites. help?

not trying to spend over $300. from what ive seen on this site, i can get more bang for my buck, plus with the holidays coming, i need to save some money. but i just love that amp and i sold mine, like a *******, for $250 to a friend of a friend.

there is a like new one in classifieds. it's the v2 and it costs 450 which appears to not be in range your wanting to spend

For that much money, you might as well buy a elemental designs nine.1 for $295 shipped brand new... plus it puts out at least 1200 watts.

i would never buy a nine.1. rated at 64% efficiency @ 1 ohm. please. thats at a level of class a/b circuitry

what is the efficiency of a 1000/1? Besides, who cares... more power for less money = win... not to mention the JL amp isn't even 1 ohm stable. But I guess if your pushing a single W7 that isn't much of a concern... however should you decide to upgrade in the future, you may be somewhat limited in your sub choices if you still want to run a 1000/1.
