WTB: Jensen MediaLink Brain

I'm looking to buy the MediaLink brain for Jensen head units. The only one I can find is on eBay for $60, which I think is a little absurd, since it's basically just a cable.

Does anyone have one you'd be willing to sell for a reasonable price?
