Just as a baseline - the new 8 Gig ipods at bestbuy with a warranty are $300.

apple store.com has 8g i touch doe 179 refurb but comes with a warranty

Brand new 8gb touch is $229.99. That is the newest version (not sure what number, but the ones just released a week or two ago). The last generation was $299.99 new so it sucks for those that bought them then because they WILL loose money. I'd love a touch, but I can't get rid of my 30 gb video without taking a huge loss since you can get a 120gb for what I paid for it.
