325 shipped for mine. Never peeled off the film that was covering the face, comes with a hard plastic case and is jailbroken. 16 gig. Also has I believe a 2 year warranty from Walmart as well. I may or may not have the headphones for it though. I never used them if I do, but i don't remember if I gave them away or not. And the back is not all scratched up either.

At the GF's house right now so no pix till tomorrow night maybe. I doubt you'll find a better looking used one anywhere, but keep mine in mind.

The jailbroken thing means you can do crazy shit to it, like add iphone apps and all that. It is loaded with all of the 8 bit nintendo games. There is an SNES and genesis emulator I saw too. I can show you pix like I said tomorrow. I only ship UPS, and you will have a tracking number within 24 hours of you paying.
