I just installed my 250 2 days ago, and I have been tryn to sell it for $100 :0( wish this was posted then. But mine is a 250 wd 8mb cache and I must say this 7200 makes a huge diffrence from my old 15 gig i dont even think it was a 5400 but games etc. Makes so much faster load times. look on newegg for the maxtor's with the 16 meg cache.. they are as fast as the raptors at only 7200 rpm's and run about 100 for a 250gb
