For what it's worth, I had an EQS746 and it blew on me about 6 months after install.

I have a Kenwood KGC-9042 1/2 din 9 band graphic EQ and spectrum analyzer w/ SW crossover and volume control. 3 sets of pre-outs also power clip indicator.

I run the EQS746 and it works just fine, pretty good for the price.
