WTB : I need a head unit ...

I'm trying to help out a good friend on a budget. He needs a good head unit , and only has around $225 to spend.

I'm thinking a good used Alpine or something. Here are the requirements :

Must have time alignment

Must have 5 band EQ

Must have X-over

It also needs to be known as a decent SQ deck , because i have given him some nice things for the rest of his system.

Can you help us out ?
