WTB:Good SQ Head Unit

I'm looking for a good Head Unit that will play MP3s and have at least 4V Preouts... I would be willing to take trades as well... I have a Sony CDX-F7700, a Clarion DXZ735MP, a Kenwood amp, PPI amp, XM Roady, XM Commander, XM Direct with adapters for Pioneer and Sony... Let me know...
