take a look for the audiocontrol DQXS, - digital 1\3 octave stereo equalizer, digital stereo 4way active crossover with up to 32db\octave slopes (iirc)

it really kics arse, you can get it on ebay for under $500

Or an Audio Control DQX if you don't need 6 input channels. will probably save you a few bucks.
