WTB good 6.5 comp set.

Im looking for a decent comp set to put in my 350z.I was looking around the 300 dollar range and im not sure about the higher end stuff but i was kinda looking for maybe some cdt or DLS or something like that or others.Just looking for something thats not too harsh and mainly natural sound thx.

well 350z on here just installed ddw6.5's up front in his and german mids in the rear and will be doing some ddt2 tweets friday so far from his old cdt es gold comps he is blown away how much better they sound.

Im not sure ill be messing with the rear fill right now so how much would just the fronts be??? I was really close to getting the cdt-cl62 and then maybe the DLS up6i's as well.How would these comps compare to those???

Well i was wanting to know some prices on the diff sets as well.I dont know entry level or mid level or whatever DD really has so i was looking to see how much i would be spending but yeah let me know or have him get at me.

the factory location for the mids are somewhat choked, if you do a simple swap

the door grill and its location are very well, kinda like talking with your hand in front of your mouth

you would benefit bounds by installing the mid into a door pod by Nazar

or if you really wanna go all out Bing from simplicity sound can fab you a set of glass kick panels

but i prefer DD to CDT

and i do like dls

but without using a kickpanel or door pod you will not get all that such a nice set of comps can offer

So you would still take the DD's over the cdt and DLS? I was gonna see about pods later.

I get pretty good prices on DD and i do not on DLS so i would buy DD over DLS

Ive actually got the very first dealer of DD in lubbock which is about 2 hours away and he said the pair of DD was on sale for 219 but like i said i dont know what series it was or what line or anything.Sounds like a good deal though cause the dls up6i i was looking at was 325.

The ddc6.5 more than likely the germans would be in the $500 range for a full set.
