just bought some dynaudio's and going in a tahoe, so thickness, i'm not sure maybe 1/2".

im building a big dual 15 ported box all day with recessed logos, side boards, rounded over etc...

Which means ill be using my router which means i can make you some with my jasper jigs.

i will tell you this. i basically have to make 4 rings for a pair of flush mount baffles cause 1 ring goes over the other so the speaker sits flush. i normally charge 12$ shipped per ring whether its 12" or 6.5" 1/4 - 3/4" thick per baffle

not particularly

factor in as much as 8$ for shipping. leaves me with 32$

idk about you but 4 custom rings to spec and about 3 hours of my time to round over outer top flush baffle ring. like fiberglass mdf sub rings. is very reasonable.

i'm slightly negotiable.
