WTB directed 1100d

so, i have 3 of the first gen 1100d's, and need a 4th to strap with. almost there. anyways, i can get a 2nd gen, but would like all the cases to match. it's the same one in my avatar, btw. i know what they are worth, and offering 100 for an average condition one. tell me someone has one hanging out somewhere. i just missed out on one, and now i'm stoked to get another, lol. thanks.

1100rms@1, 1400peak, or 2 strapped to 2200rms@2.... i figured you would have remembered them......kind of common 99-01/02. never clamped them yet, though. shaq had 4 of them in the shaq-ilac...

I haven't had many directed amps...only a big 5ch ...and I think a newer model 1100d...

it's basically the same, just new case with top windowed adjustments, and different fusing setup. they are notorious "cookers" that could handle getting hot enough to cook breakfast, but i'm mostly nostalgic about them...

Im holding mine for akheithen, but putting it through some longevity tests. Got a 3 hour drive today, Have it on 2 kicker L7 12s at 4ohm per channel. I'm supprised by this amp, it does get warm but its just like the old school fosgates. I can push the L7's to their max in a sealed box. If he dont get it i think i will be holding on to it, lol. Clean sound with good power. I got it in a package deal and didnt know who made it so it sat in my closet for a while.

^^^Welcome to the real world. Yes, I know what they are really worth. I am offering 100 because I guarantee any one that is used is going to need new caps, and will be rittled with dry connections and solder melted out under load. They naturally get real hot, and should have been assembled with silver solder like soudstream used to, but were not..... Something tells me you spent way too much time at one local shop, and not shopping around.... If you actually have one, throw up a price.

Why would I desire to sell mine? There is still such a thing as personal desire. This is a thread where I want to complete mu collection. However personal desire should not trump actual street value. Yes, they could be had in the 100 range. Only one of mine is bought new.... And those links are high worth up to 25 each
