WTB Computer parts or Gaming computer

I am looking to upgrade mine or just buy a used one, something for gaming though. I have a idea on what I want and I have been checking everything out new but would like to see what anyone has to offer as of parts or the complete thing. I have cash so I am not looking to bs around, but I am not going to pay retail on used parts or comp as well. List what you have with $ and possibly pics as well or we can get into pics later.
