If you REALLY wanna save him some cash while actually giving him some usable results charge him $75 dollars to upgrade his Big 3.

Use some of the $75 to buy the cable and necessary terminals and call the rest installation fee.

If he is absolutely dead-set on buying one then tell him I've got a Stinger 1 farad with voltage display monitor top (blue LEDs) that I'll sell him for $65/shipped. It's been hooked up precisely once for about 5 minutes to verify functionality.
