wow, this "big 3" didn't change a thing, the lights still dim when the bass hits. i have this alt Mean Green MG1382 - Mean-Green High Output Alternator for 1999 Jeep and 2 yellow top batteries.

get one of my deka batteries and toss those optimas in the trash..

a deka battery would help very little and there is no way in hell i would get rid of my duel optima's, i have a plow and winch on my jeep and both batteries are well needed. i have a cap i'm gonna install and should do the job.

optimas are junk been there with them they arent worth a quarter of there price..

^^^Gotta say that that's true.

They're all marketing, mainstream hype! They're work fine as long as you don't have a "mean" load on them (like multiple amps, cap(s), wench/plow!!!

With the Big 3 in 0 awg, 0 awg power/grounds, and a cap, if you're still getting dimming, it's def. your batteries!!!

Install the cap and let us know whats what!
