WTB: Cable / Wire (power, speaker, rca, etc)

Here's what I need and how much of it:

• 0-4 gauge power cable - 10ft (can be 7ft and 3ft)
  
• 12-14 gauge speaker wire - 20-30ft
  
• 10 gauge speaker wire - 5ft
  
• (2) RCA Interconnects - 12 to 15ft each
  
• Inline fuse holder or something alone those lines
  
• Various Ring and Spade terminals
