naw, I just enjoy doing it, figured id try to make some $$ while im at it, probably wouldnt end up being any cheaper after shipping anyways

Well, I can reload them for you, that is the goal here, im trying to start a little business
No, unless you have a FFL license to do it. ITs a federal offense to reload as a business without the proper license. Im not sure which one it is.

But yeah, this is cool. I might have some 7.62x39 brass shortly if your interested.

yup, if you get nailed shipping live ammo w/o a license you gon be hozed...

Small arms ammunition is Hazmat and is regulated by the DOT Hazmat regulations in 49CFR. Most small arms ammunition is classed as a Division 1.4S explosive material. If properly packaged in gross amounts of 66 pounds or less, it may be reclassed as ORM-D material. It is still regulated but is excepted from many of the marking, labeling, and shipping paper requirements of other hazardous materials. That's why Hazmat charges usually do not apply.

ORM-D material are still regulated as hazardous materials. ORM-D is a DOT hazard class used for domestic transportation. ORM-D means Other Regulated Materials-D (The D doesn't stand for anything except "D".)

Electronic Code of Federal Regulations:

just make sure you do it safe //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
