I want it built pretty much to this design and dimensions,

Rockville RQB15 15" Qbomb Vented Sub Enclosure Box Bedliner Finish 3 85 CU Ft | eBay

but tuned to around 30-35Hz. Doesn't have to be Rhino lined or carpeted would prefer paint.
