If you wanna pay shipping I have a 3.5 cubic foot ported enclosure in St. Paul. It is tuned to 32HZ with 87.5 in^2 of port. All corners are rounded over including the port. It is coated in Herculiner bedliner with 2 coats and the port was primed and painted with black gloss latex paint. It was for the back of a NIssan Xterra. I have a ton of pics if your interested.

It's 39.5X16X24.5 I believe. I know the 39.5 is right, but the other measurements might be off by an inch or so. Stays below the window line and comes out to about 9.5 cubes gross

Its only had 2 subs mounted in it (3515D awapped for a 3515E) plus its a double baffle so the screws should grip. I dont really have more pics but I can take some as my current sub is mounterd in it and it sounds great.
