WTB blown IDMAX 12 or just the motor

looking for a motor for my idmax. i got a question for anyone... on the IDMAX if the vc is rubbing is that the motor has shifted? this happened to MY idmax and im not sure what to do. bought a new recone kit and still the same thing with brand new parts. im pretty sure the magnet shifted and is there anything you can do about this?

didnt have any shims and its worked before so it makes no difference. if it worked before and now doesnt clearly the motor has shifted. i measured the gap on the pole piece and its CLEARLY not evenly spaced

You have to use the shims otherwise it will rub. Like this. That's your problem. They should have come with the re-cone. lol man dont you see what i put? read it again. THE GAP BETWEEN THE POLE IS SHIFTED. ITS NOT EVEN ALL THE WAY AROUND. SHIMS DONT MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

I know that video and thats what iv done with the recone kit just no shims. and just to prove you wrong send me the shims and ill take pics of it

and i sent image dynamics a messege also by the way and ALSO took it to an authorized ID location here in the city and they said the same thing that the motor will be shifted
