mine is close to brand new as it gets not one scratch on it...plus it has a leather holster with it and user guide and tools cd ...mines a Blackberry Curve 8330 Im not sure if its GSM or not...but it should be

that would be curve 9330? just check behind the battery if there is space for a sim card to know if its GSM or not

It looks like a sim card slot a little silver plate and I see pins under it
