Dude, it works perfectly! I crimped it with a hammer, then I tinned the ends of the crimped wire with my soldering iron. Its nice and snug. Trust me.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

i beleive you ...but i do not have any red sleeves and i am not going to use all blacks b/c i might get confused...lol so i got to find some red sleeves or i want a crimper that is going to crimp them nicely....lol...i am wanting to do this system perfectly lol

this x10000

Are you serious? Just go buy the crimper from the welding store, it's all you'll ever need. Stick the ring terminal in, stick the wire in the terminal. Hit the top with a hammer (preferably a sledge hammer, lol)...DONE

yeah but my thing is...there is some fatory wire that i need to put some ring terminals on and crimp them and they are attached to the car...so i need something that is moblie....so do you think this hydroluic thing would work good??

That Ebay One Looks Nice!!
yup!!!! that is why i got it...i think it will be a breezy crimping the 1/0 ring terminals.....i will post up on the general discussion threads when i receive them and put them to work on how well they did.....so maybe if they do work as well as they look then ....other people could buy them saving alot of beating up ring terminals....lmfao....and a good investment...

i have that crimper.... one of the best tools i ever bought. just becareful how u store it because i heard the oil likes to leak out of them sometimes. as for ur red sleeves u want to buy... u might have better luck just going to home depot and pick up a role of red electrical tape for like $3-$4 and u can use it to mark all ur power wires.

oh i forgot... the only other problem with the crimper is that if u r going to crimp terminals with the thick plastic sleeves like the yellow or blue they sometimes do not fit into the crimper so u have to take the plastic coating off.
