I'm looking to downsize my RSX subwoofer system and am in need of a strong 8" sub so that I can reclaim some trunk space.

I was thinking about an eD 9kv.2 but am wondering if I will want something capable of more output. SVC/DVC 4ohm or DVC 2ohm would work for my application.

What do ya got and what would you want to ship it to 15201?

I'd be willing to buy it, as the only thing that I have for trade is a Hsu Research ASW-1203 12" sub in a sealed 0.8cuft box.

Thats $300. The only reason to buy that sub (in my opinion) is when you cant fit a 10" or 12" sub but need similar output. I'm looking for something more in the $100 range.

I have 3 DD1508's

I will sell 1, 2 or all 3

$145 shipped for one

$280 shipped for 2

$410 shipped for all 3

PM me if you are interested and I will get some pics.

2 DD1008A in Custom Ported Box Built by Vitveet (34 x 12 x12) Tuned to 39hz

each is single 4ohm, wired to see 2ohms, this box was wired to my alpine m450 and was already getting loud, i can only imagine what it can do with triple the power that it can handle

$200 + shipping

Those 1008a's can get loud. You only need 1Ft^3 for them. I bought a cheap ported box off of eBay that was pretty small it was 24" wide, and about 12-13 inches deep. You could do just one ported. It won't be extremely loud, but you can't get extremely loud with such small requirements.

Well, porting a box that small is going to require one long *** port. Which, in turn, is going to make for a pretty big box. Just go with one or two 10's sealed.

Oh i know that they go loud. But I'm not looking to rattle my neighbor's windows as I drive down the street. I dont have a trunk - I have a hatch. The sub is going to be 4ft behind my head in the cab with me. I currently have a 14"x13"x13" sealed box with a single 12" in it, driven with an MTX Thunder 500D @ 250wrms/4ohm.

I'm looking for a single 8" that I can drop in a 0.3-0.5^ft box so that I can still have some low-end but reclaim hatch space.
