I bought them shippped bnib from Xstatic. I am getting 3 more. These have a warrenty. I would rather pay these so called high prices and know that Xstatic has my back if anything fails, then to purchase these from someone and end up with a faulty battery or something.

The 400 is the capacitor. They're $160-200 new which is a lot for a cap, IMO. I'm willing to take a flyer on them used.
