I use to own a AQ 2200 . Was efficient. But for 200 bucks u can get 2500rms @ 1 ohm of clean power. Db drive pd2000.1 check it out

I will put my drive against the aq anyday.. I have owned both.... None the less GL OP good amps.

sorry to get off topic, but I had to ask from a person that has owned both, does the drive have the same efficiency as the AQ 2200?

Yes, I never had the aq clamped per say but you can find others who have clamped them. A7 did lil over 1800watts @1.5ohm at 13volts... Both are on par with each other as far as efficiency IMO but of course I have no proof of this I just base this on what my voltage was with the aq and what my voltage is with the a7..

Have you tested both amps before? If not, your opinion is invalid.

I have tested the aq and I know a few people that have used db. Appreciate the comments fellas but can I find an amp without the sensitive comments? I appreciate good wholesome feedback just leave the extra stuff on the other end of the keyboard please.
