First off, i'm not looking to spend a lot of money. I just need a basic phone. no cam is fine. the cheaper the better. as long as i can use it as a phone that's what i need.

no iphones or shit like that. i'm talkin $20-30 range.

i know someone has a shitty phone out there!!
