WTB-Amp for RE re comps-2x100 or 4x100 @ 4 ohms

Hey guys. Just about to buy a set of RE re 6.5 comps so I'm gunna need an amp to go with them. Id like to get a 4 channel amp but since the rear fills are just that, fills, I guess a 2 channel amp would work as well. Looking for an amp with .1% or less distortion. Looking to spend wel under $200. thx
