lol, i m gonna run the same setup.

how much is ur price range for the amp?

like for me is like around $300, so i was considering JBL 1200.1, Phoenix Gold QX900.1d, Hifonics Z1000d (if u wanna run at 1 ohm), or MTX thunder81000d (most expensive one).

or if u have money u can get the kicker one.

they all around 1000 watts, which i think would be good for the S10L5s since they "need" 450 rms.

if u get any of these amps for cheap, tell me where =)

i have a lightning audio storm mono amp. it a 1.1000.1d. 1000 watts x 1 1ohm, 700 watts x 1 2ohm, 400 watts x 1 4ohm. has crossover, subsonic filter, remote that controls level and bass equalizer. asking 260 email me at sickwikedfasho@aol.com

lightning audio is made by rockford fosgate. the amp i have is smilar to the rockford bd1000d, the lightning audio use the same circuits, it my opinion it better cuz it cheaper and produce the same power as it

coo coo, they have the JBL1200.1 on ebay for around $250 all the time.

for the ones check ebay, but at times u have to shop around some times.

the only thing i dont like about the jbl 1200.1 is that has a lack of subsonic filter

true, but u only need a subsonic filter if u r gonna run a ported box.

for this case, the sL5s, a sealed will do more that good.

US acoustics 1000D or a DEI 1100D Orion XTR Pro 1000 D, they will all get it done, or get a pair of each to push those subs to their max
