WTB a PCI video card

Just looking for a PCI video card for my mom's computer. She has Vista and her PC can't handle it. I am going to discuss buiding her one soon, but she needs something ASAP.

if it cant handle vista it is more an issue of ram and cpu, not video card

i run vista with onboard video just fine

Onboard from 03? Well if video is not the case, RAM? If you have spare ram, it would be amazing. I gave up my last few sticks awhile ago. A Gig would be sweet.

if you have less than 2gb ram and a 3ghz single core p4 give up on vista

make sure "aero" is turned off, that might help, but not much
