best bang for the buck are the clarion dxz7##usb units. I had iirc the 775usb. I think the 785usb had more bands on the parametric EQ. every bell and whistle you need, minimal differ to the each when I switched from it to an alpine cda-117/preamp xover.

beyond that I'd say eclipse if you can find one for cheap.

or the JVC that crx has. those are the ONLY thing by JVC I would touch. bang for the buck youll love it.
