I think it was fets. Not sure right off. I'll try and dig up the pics I took.

Nope. I bought it on here. Got it and put it away. Pulled it out to swap in as a temp and it smoked. I opened it and got pics, but I can't find them. Fairly certain a couple fets got cooked. I'd do $60 shipped on it. I got a few other toasted amps also.
