condition and do you have box/papers

They are brand new. Never had power to them. I soldered the jumper on this one today and was going to replace my 3 MTX subs, but the mounting diameter is larger for the MTX and I'm not building a new box. I have only had these for a couple of days. I bought them from another member. There is no paperwork and the boxes are plain brown with no logos or anything on them.

There are pic's of the one that I opened to look at and take pictures of on that page. I have that brand new one that I took out of the box for $55 shipped and I have the one that is still sealed in the original ED box for $60 shipped. I bought these in June of 06, so there is still warranty left on these.
