WTB: 4ch amp to power PG rsd65cs and 200watt rms sub

as the title says...looking for a cheap but decent amp to power the phoenix gold rsd65cs and a rockford fosgate p210s4 (200watts rms). planning on bridgin the amp for the sub and using the other 2 channels to amp the comps. let me know!...willing to spend upto $150
