OK, I had 2 RE8 subs running on a PG Xenon 400.1, well one speaker wire came loose and shorted something out on the amp...probably gonna cost 100 dollars to fix, but I only paid 135 for the amp, plus I'm too lazy to box it up and ship it to a place that can fix it.

. So, I'm looking for a good 400-500 watt mono amp, preferably 1ohm stable. Reasonably priced. NO more than what I paid for the PG hopefully. Any ideas people?

What is the coild config on the RE 8's? I have a crossfire TEK 150.2 does 600x1 at 4 ohms....so 2 D4 woofers would work.
145 shipped.

RE8's r DVC 4ohms...but thats 300watts rms per sub...a little too much, theyre only rated at 175rms each, but I've been told that they will take 250each daily..

I was giving them 212.5rms each with the pg.

also, how about a link for the specs, all the crossfire amps I see are rated 600 MAX and 300 rms
